John Benesh

John Received his Bachelor of Laws from the U. of S in Saskatoon. He also received his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Economics (cum Laude) from the U. of S.

John is certified by the Law Society of Saskatchewan as a mediator. Mediation Services are Provided by John as an alternate dispute resolution in all areas including custody, access, maintenance and property division in the area of family law, shareholders and partnership disputes in the area of corporate law, employment grievances or termination in the area of labor law, as well as disputes in other areas.

John’s involvements include: Rotary (President 1993-94, Paul Harris Fellow Multiple), BBB – Better Business Bureau of Saskatchewan, SBA – Sutherland Business Association (President 1993), Knights of Columbus, Catholic Family Services (1985-91Board Member), Saskatoon Association for Community Living (1991-93 Board Member). John is involved with his family in the community, school and church.

John’s practice is not limited to any particular area and is involved in all areas of law including business law. Cases in which he has been involved have resulted in unique and innovative development of the changing law.
