David Samuel

David received his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan (2010). He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology (cum Laude) from York University (2006).

David’s practice is focused on litigation, mainly in family law.

David is also certified collaborative lawyer, and he also provides mediation services. Thus far, David has provided mediation services for SGI, as well as in other areas including family law, and corporate litigation.

David is involved in the following community roles:

• Canadian Deafblind Association-board member (2011 – present)
• Recess Guardians-board member (2014 – present)
• Sask Sport Appeal Panel – decision-maker
• Federal Department of Justice Family Law Information Centre -volunteer family law information provider
• Public Legal Education Association of Saskatchewan – presenter on family law issues
