Brenden W. Prokopchuk

Brenden is the son of a railroader and has lived all over the prairies. While he had never lived in Saskatoon prior to attending law school in 2016, he has no doubt that there is no better place to live than here. Morning walks through the many parks of Saskatoon and the perfect balance between having the amenities of a city but the atmosphere of a smaller center keeps his spirits high and his energy booming.

Having obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Regina, Brenden completed his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Saskatoon in 2019 and joined Benesh Bitz & Company soon after.

Brenden specializes in family law and civil litigation. His passion is problem solving and working through issues, which has led him to a fascination in mediation and collaborative law. His philosophy is to work through a dispute together, no matter how difficult, so that everyone is better off in the long run.

When you have Brenden on your side, you can expect to be a participant in every step of the process. He will tell you that trust is best achieved when you do not need to guess what the next step is. From day one, Brenden will give you the hard news just as quickly as the good and you will go through multiple options so that you can choose what is best for you.

In his spare time, Brenden enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and son. His weekends involve playing DND or solving escape rooms with his friends, and you can often find him volunteering for the Family Legal Assistance Clinic.
