About Us

Less Court CMS strives for less court, less cost and less stress.

About the Founder

Less Court CMS was founded by John Benesh.

John established Benesh Bitz & Company in the 1980s to serve Saskatoon North Business Community and to provide real solutions for real people.

John founded Less Court CMS in response to the demand for alternate settlement resolution.

John founded Less Court CMS with the hopes of saving clients money, and resolving matters with less resort to the court.

At his core, he believes that the more that can be resolved amoungst participants without resorting to the decision of a stranger to the participants, the more satisfied participants will be.

Due to the limitations in the court process, there is limited time with participants, scheduling and delays may occur, and it can be expensive. For these and many more reasons John believes there is a benefit to resolving matters with Less Court.

Less Court Strives To Be:

More Flexible Than Court

Since lesscourts collaborative and mediation services is run through a small office, scheduling your mediation sessions can be made extremely flexible and can work around your schedule.

Less Delays than Court

Since lesscourts structure is less institutional then court, and more personal then court, agreements can be made quickly and delays are uncommon.

More Options than Court

Since lesscourt mediation is a collaborative process, participants are able to have a say over the outcome of the agreement, as opposed to in court, where a decision is made, and participants have little to no say.

Private and Confidential Process

As with all legal services, especially in personal matters, lesscourt ensures confidentiallity in the resolution of matters. This means that issues are kept out of the spotlight and out of public, as opposed to court, which may be more public then either party would like.
